Job Description

Role:
– The role is for leading the new client acquisition and relationship management team for Mid Corporates in the Western Region
– Lead and build the team that is responsible for origination of new credit rating mandates from these debt issuers
– Responsible for developing and executing target driven marketing strategy for the Company in the region
– Raising the profile of the Company’s brand through consistent marketing to bankers, investors etc. in the region
– In charge of fee negotiations for both existing and new mandates
– Working closely with the analytical teams.

Experience:
– MBA/CA with 12-20 yrs of experience in Corporate Banking/ Relationship Management of Mid Corporates in a Bank/NBFC or in Origination of Debt Capital Market Mandates.
– Should have excellent relationships with senior decision makers among these Corporates
– Should have good team building and team leading skills
– Understanding of debt capital markets as well as a general understanding of corporate credit analysis
– Strong marketing, Sales, negotiation skills are a pre-requisite
– Excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate at senior management level. Must have good interpersonal skills
– Self-starter with strong focus on revenue generation
