Job Description
Role:
– Incumbent will be responsible for analysing and growing business in mainly two segments Infrastructure & Transport (PAN India) based at Delhi
– Increase awareness amoung customers by carrying out promotional activities
– Expanding customer base with new Key Accounts in new territories
– Carry out market study/survey of the two fast growing sectors namely Infrastructure and Transport Business Development
– Sector wise (Infra & Transport) opportunities to be defined, and All India MIS creation will be done by incumbent
– Do Competition Benchmarking
– Do Research and Identify New Product Development opportunities
– Incumbent will identify short term and mid term roadmap and approach for this role.
Requirements:
– BE (Mech / Civil / Electrical) or equivalent PG: MBA preferred
– 10-15 yrs of experience in Institutional Sales in the Building Materials Industry or related Industry to same target segment
– Experience handling key accounts of Governments/Architects/Builders and handling projects in the industrial/ infrastructure/ transport/ healthcare/ hospitality/ Airports/ Metro stations etc. sector
– Strong communication & interpersonal skills
– Good networking skills
– Strong knowledge on subjects such as engineering drawings, project management, sustainability.
