Job Description

Role:
– Responsible for developing the overall business, deciding on commercial strategy for business growth and driving priorities
– To continuously and actively work with top leadership at Clients to better understand client needs and Personally engage with large clients
– Drive Strategy for business development of new clients and increase engagement with existing clients
– Continuously develop and enhance the Company’s products to suit client needs
– Enhance sustainable and profitable topline growth
– Be a thought leader, engage with Media, Industry Bodies and the Government
– Lead and build a high performing and motivated team
– Continuously improve the Sales teams effectiveness with better trained Sales leaders and Sales processes
– Drive overall productivity through optimal use of resources for revenue and margin improvement and strategically allocate resources in critical growth areas
– Increase customer penetration of the Company’s products and services

Requirements:
– MBA
– 18+ yrs of experience, with experience in leading sales and overall business/ business units in a Consumer Insights, FMCG, CPG, Retail, Pharma, Consumer Durables company
– Strong Sales and Customer Engagement experience
– A passion for consumer insights
– Strong financial, operational and business acumen
– Excellent Communication Skills
