Job Description

Role:
– Prepare a regional strategy in line with the Zonal and National objectives.
– Ensure Market Development by drawing sales strategies to improve market penetration, geographical reach, Product Mix sales & Focus on project working in given region
– Plans for entry & continuous growth in New Product categories
– Establish contact with Key accounts/Dealers and drive business growth.
– Responsible for the region’s forecasting and sales tracking
– Evaluation & appointment of new project partners & Dealers
– Analysing the market potential & opportunities in the market to further enhance the reach of the Products in North
– Manpower planning & recruitment for sales team
– Team development and management
– Strengthen relationship with key customers like: Architects, Contractors, clients, turnkey Interior Contractors & Dealers.

Requirements:
– Any graduate with MBA / Engineering background will be preferred.
– 10+ yrs of Sales experience in Building Materials/ Ceramics/ Paints or related Industries
– Good understanding of Sales function and should be working as an Asst Regional Sales Manager or a Regional Sales Manager
– Experience in managing projects & Dealers
– Experience in leading a sales team
– Strong communication & interpersonal skills, in English and Hindi
– Good networking skills
– Good Stakeholder management skills
