Role:
– Work on Compensation and Benefits for the organisation
– Design a Compensation Package based on Business Goals and Strategy
– Create a Consistent Compensation Guideline that Matches the Company’s work and Organizational Culture
– Review of compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
– Handling Annual performance pay process aligned to organization goals.
– Handling benefits renewal across organization.
– Works on compensation projects for entire organization, including some group companies.
– Designs and develops compensation policies.
– Designs and develops different schemes of variable remuneration.
– Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
– Design Evaluation & Job Analysis, Salary Benchmarking & Parity, Performance Pay & Incentives
Requirements:
– Education: MBA/MMS Btech/BE Information Technology
– 7-9 years of experience, with extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits
– Proactive, Initiative & system oriented
– Good quantitative skills
– Presentation & Excel Skills
– Analytical and Problem Solving
– Compensation & Benefits Analyst specialized in Annual Appraisal, Job Evaluation & Job Analysis, Salary Benchmarking & Parity, Performance Pay & Incentives
