Job Description

Role:
– Take a Lead in the Learning and Development area within HR
– Analyzing the training needs and zeroing down on the training calendar
– Selection of and coordination with training vendors
– Pre-training preparation like formation of batches, co-ordination for training infrastructure, arranging various items for training, ensuring travel and accommodation of participants
– Ensuring all participants participate in the training
– Administering training feedback
– Collating and analyzing feedback and making improvisations in the upcoming programs
– Providing support in any of the initiatives taken up by the HR team
– Be responsible for Campus Hiring and induction trainings

Requirements:
– MBA (HR)
– Min. 5-8 yrs of experience in HR, specifically in L&D in an IT Captive/ IT Company
– Effective Communication
– Good Time Management Skills
– Passion & Drive
– Proactiveness
