Job Description
Role:
– Conduct site survey along with business development team and submit survey report to Management.
– Coordinate with the Design Team and assist in finalizing the design including B.O.M, Module Layout and suitable location of Electrical equipment.
– To assist the marketing Team in preparation of Techno Commercial Offers considering all the factors affecting Generation.
– To draw Project Execution Plan along with Site in charges and Client for different sites.
– To ensure that various projects under execution are being implemented as per the execution plan maintaining timeline.
– Take timely action to arrest delays (if any) against the Schedule.
– To coordinate with Clients (through meetings at site or through VC) to ensure that the time lines are maintained and issues causing delay at client end are addressed.
– To coordinate with the Design, Purchase & Finance team at Head Office to ensure that the materials/ equipment are available at site on time.
– Coordinate with Statutory authorities as and when required and to obtain Clearances before Commissioning.
– To ensure that Monthly Invoices are raised and payments are received on time from Client so that the Cash in Flow is as per plan.
– Evaluating the Project performances and monitoring Generation Data.
– Carry out the PAT/ PAC/ FAT /FAC and handover the project to Client with all documentation.
– To Supervise/ Monitor the O&M Teams at various Sites to ensure that the O&M
– Schedule is followed and any fault is corrected with minimum loss of time.
– To ensure that Guaranteed Generation is achieved and maintained.
Requirements:
– BE/BTech (Electrical)
– Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in the execution of Roof Top Solar PV Projects and or Ground Mounted Projects and O&M
– Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, PV Sys, etc.
