Job Description
Role:
– Responsible for analysing the market potential of the Product & leveraging opportunities in the market by drawing up sales & marketing strategy which is aligned to the business plan and ensure delivery of above strategy
– Responsible for market mapping, product management, segmentation & developing market penetration strategies for the segment
– Responsible for generating sales revenue and profitability
– Responsible for working together with a team of Regional Managers and their team of Sales & Specification Managers to develop business in the given segment
– Provide training and coaching to sales teams
– Work closely with key customers – consultants, end customers in building specifications to offer solutions
– Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
– Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
– Drive digital marketing activities including content development and campaigns on website, social media etc
– Develop marketing tools like brochures, presentations, expos, retail meets etc.
Requirements:
– Qualification: BE (Mech / Civil / Electrical) or equivalent, PG: MBA preferred.
– 5-8 yrs of experience in marketing of Building Material Industry or related segments
– Primarily experience in Product management / Marketing management in building material companies providing technical solutions to builders and Individual house builder market.
– Strong communication & interpersonal skills
– Good networking skills
– Good Stakeholder Engagement Skills
– Strong knowledge on subjects such as engineering drawings, project management, sustainability.
