Job Description

Role :
– Will work on multiple areas of HR including end-to-end Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement/Employee Relations, Performance Management System, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, HR Audit and Special Projects
– The candidate will report to the Head – HR of the Company
– Will Participate in various HR special projects related to organization development.
– Ideate and execute Company Strategy offsites & team building events
– Ideate and execute Employee Wellness initiatives
– Work on Employer Branding projects/initiatives – Great Place to Work etc.
– Work on Learning & Development initiatives including design L&D programs, team building programs, technical, behavioural and Leadership programs with special focus on succession planning and developing future ready workforce.

Requirements :
– MBA (HR)
– 4-8 years of HR generalist/ HRBP experience
– Very good written and verbal communication skills
– Should have experience/ proficiency in two or more of the following areas – talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development programs, performance management system, compensation and benefits, talent management, organization development initiatives, HR operations
– Should be highly proficient in excel and presentation skills.
– Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders & management cohesively to support teams on people matters.
– Managing time bound work with efficiency and accuracy.
