Job Description
Role:
– Work on accurate and timely financial reporting to the LPs
– Cash flow/ liquidity management
– Treasury Management
– Interface with auditors
– Maintain relationships with Banks
– Manage/ overlook reports generated by outsourced service providers
– MIS Preparation
– Work on Quarterly/ Annual reviews
Requirements:
– CA
– 5-10 yrs of experience in Financial Reporting and Finance for Alternative Investment Funds/ PE Funds at the Big 4 (Providing Accounting Advisory)/ VC or PE Fund or 3rd party service provider
– Practical knowledge of various accounting policies & disclosures requirements applicable under US GAAP and IFRS
– Some understanding of tax will be preferred
– Good presentation skills
– Good excel skills
