Job Description

Role:
– This role will head the Talent Acquisition COE for the Group
– Lead the planning and set up processes and strategies for the Talent Acquisition Programs across Group Companies aligned with organisational goals
– Analyze workforce planning and market trends to forecast hiring needs
– Collaborate with leadership to define hiring priorities and initiatives
– Work on sourcing strategy
– Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
– Create and implement continuous improvements in the Talent Acquisition strategy / projects
– Partner with Business leaders and hiring managers for the selection process and provide key metrics and analysis
– Driving the Campus strategy in partnership with various educational institutes to facilitate hiring of Graduates and Interns
– Proactively work in data analytics & market research, stay ahead of market and interpret technology trends, provide meaningful insights to the team for acquiring right talent
– Collaborate closely with stakeholders/ hiring managers in recruiting planning meetings to understand business requirements and provide status updates on recruitment needs
– Provide direction and manage a dynamic recruitment team which will work with the individual group companies
– Develop and promote employer branding strategies to position the Group as a preferred employer
– Promote Internal Job Postings and referral
– Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring metrics relating to lead time, cost, diversity, quality, candidate and hiring manager experience.
– Leverage technology and ensure automation to make the hiring process more efficient and seamless experience for candidates and business
– Ensure recruitment strategies promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
– Define and track recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost-per-hire).
– Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
– Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, and hiring platforms
– Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and regulations

Requirements:
– MBA
– Minimum 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing sector
– Should have experience at a leadership level in the Talent Acuisition COE, ideally of a Company/ Group with multiple businesses
– Prior experience in designing formulating and implementing Talent Acquisition Policies, Practices and Programs
– Should be good with First Principles thinking for Design of policies and Programs. Should be able to bring new ideas to evolve the Talent Acquisition COE to meet the objectives of the businesses
– Should have an appetite for policy, program & process design
– 5+ years of experience in managing a dynamic talent acquisition team
– Good stakeholder management skills and experience
– Strong experience designing and implementing various talent acquisition-related strategies and programs
– Ability to influence leaders positively in taking data based decisions of hiring
– Proficient in competency based interviewing techniques
– Knowledge of employer branding and DEI strategies.
– Hands-on experience in maintaining & enhancing University Relations
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Should be abrest of best practices
