Job Description
Role:
– Supervise and manage civil construction activities for Ground Mounted solar project.
– Ensure quality control, safety, and timely completion of tasks.
– Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other departments.
– Handle project planning, scheduling, and execution.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain documentation.
Position requirement:
– B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
– Experience:
For Assistant Manager: 8-12 years in solar or related industries.
For Senior Engineer: 5-8 years in ground-mounted solar projects.
For Engineer: 3-5 years in civil project execution.
– Experience in project management tools and solar EPC industry standards.
