Job Description

Role:
– Understand the Business in order to engage and partner closely with the business to evolve and drive HR programs and initiatives aligned with the business requirements
– Manage entire employee life cycle for employees of a Business Unit including Manpower Planning, End-to-end Talent Acquisition, Effective Onboarding and Orientation of New Joiners, Drive Annual Performance Reviews, Compensation benchmarking, Employee Engagement, drive L&D initiatives and Exit Management
– Ensure effective communication to employees
– Be an employee champion to understand and address employee issues, requests; ensure initiatives aimed at encouraging employee involvement and engagement
– Drive business linked HR enhancement initiatives / projects
– Campus Hiring and Induction

Requirements:
– Education : MBA (HR)
– 3-6 yrs of experience in an HR Business Partner role, HR Generalist role
– Experience in the entire employee life cycle including Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation of New Joiners, Performance Management, Compensation benchmarking, Employee Engagement, L&D and Exit Management
– Should have experience in Campus hiring and Induction
– Good understanding of HR Processes & Policies
– High level of customer and result orientation
– Good Communication Skills – Verbal & Written
– Good at Networking
– High proficiency in MS Office
