Job Description
Role:
– Responsible for developing and executing target driven marketing strategy for Business Development of Financial Institutions in Bangalore/ Chennai
– Management of existing issuer relationships and origination of new issuer/product mandates.
– Should have handled large FI relationships independently
– Should have a flair of understanding of the various types of market borrowings these entities embark on
– Should have interacted at CXO level in the counter parties
– Identity and target potential Capital market deals ( Debt) from the market
– Ability to network the influencers in the DCM space – Should have the maturity and experience to engage large arrangers in DCM space for getting market information on potential deals
– Should have broad understanding of the various economic indices and their interlink ages to approach issuers / arrangers with value inputs
– Should have sound understanding of the loan/ bond markets
– In charge of fee negotiations for both existing and new mandates.

Requirements:
– MBA/ CA
– 8-11 yrs of experience in Corporate Banking, Lending to NBFCs, Debt Capital markets targeting FIG (Banks/ NBFCs/ Financial Institutions) issuers
– Good relationship with NBFCs, Banks and Financial Institutions at a senior level
– Understanding of debt capital markets as well as a good understanding of functioning of Banks, FIs and NBFCs
– Understanding of Structured Products issued by Banks and NBFCs
– Excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate at senior management level. Must have interpersonal skills
– Self-starter with strong focus on revenue generation. Team player with ability to mingle across cultures
